Readers stand a chance to win a prize too!
CONGRATULATIONS TO ARIES, FROM HONG KONG, FOR EMERGING AS THE WINNER OF THE GREAT WELSH SHOWDOWN!
It is said that: “A picture tells a thousand words”. How many words then, does a video say?
During the 4 days in Wales, the bloggers saw a great deal of the country, participated in a myriad of activities, and immortalised the days’ happenings with photographs and videos. These videos were made possible because of a sponsorship by Cisco, who kindly gave the 6 bloggers a Flip MinoHD video camcorder each, equipping them with an easy-to-use tool to capture the many moments and memories of the trip, moments and memories that will remain with them for a long time.
In gratitude of your support over the past week, we would like to offer you this opportunity to also capture your life stories through video. The 6 bloggers have posted a video clip showcasing their personal experience of “The Great Welsh Showdown” on their individual blogs. All you have to do is to view the videos and leave a comment on the bloggers’ posts. One reader who leaves a comment on the blog post of the winning video will receive his/her very own Flip MinoHD video camcorder.
We will send the Flip MinoHD video camcorder to the winning commenter by mail, regardless of where you hail from.
So, go view and comment. It’s that simple, really.

What a fab idea to bring the world closer together. I recently met a young lady from Wales who owns a dairy farm along with her husband. We met in Italy during a writing course. How small the world is yet how so very big and wonderful. Look at all the great ideas there are here to investigate. No matter what age and stage in life we are in there will always be a new beginning!
Byddwn wrth fy modd i ymweld â Chymru. Yr wyf yn awr yn fam-gu am y tro cyntaf. Byddwn wrth fy modd i gofnodi fy eiliadau yn fy mywyd newydd. Ac ai fi erioed yn teithio i Gymru fi angen i ffilm to gwellt yn cael eu hadeiladu. Diolch yn garedig.

Hi JUstin,
Please leave a comment on the bloggers’ blog posts about Challenge 5 to stand to win the Flip MinoHD, not here. But comments here are definitely welcome as well.
Thanks.

Am trying to leave a comment at Aries’ blog, but can’t- I can’t figure out where to click to post a comment. Google Translate is being of minimal assistance, here. It’s not really fair to him if I can’t comment there, is it? Because he took grand pictures, and what Google WILL translate for me tells me he had a blast on the trip.

And I can’t comment on Yuko’s blog either, because Google Translate can’t help me find the ‘comment’ button there either. Though I would love to, because her pictures of sheep-poo paper day are priceless. I’ve made paper myself, though never from something as exotic as Welsh sheep poo.

Hi JanPattersonRN,
re: Aries’ blog – Do you see the green “+” sign at the bottom of each post? Please press that button to add a comment.
re: Yuko’s blog – Do you see the speech bubbles at the bottom of each post? Click on that button to add a comment. If you have google translate on, a blurb will appear that states: “Post Comment. To view a comment, please click the button below. Open a new browser window ※. Your comment has been confirmed by the administrator. It may not be published, Please note.” Press the button that says “View to comment”. A new window will open.
Hope this helps!
